Winning a medal in a natural bodybuilding competition and finishing a full IRONMAN. Both within one month. Dealing with the extreme opposites of the spectrum.
Six months of extreme dedication and 10+ years of compounding knowledge on strength, conditioning, and nutrition.
I’ve decided to continue my hybrid journey with my next goal: a 250k deadlift and 10 km sub 40 minutes in one day. This will be the next goal for the coming months.
